Our Montpellier MINH59FZ 59cm induction hob adds a new dimension of cooking to any kitchen. Seamlessly connect two cooking zones together with the touch of a button, to create one large cooking area for those times when one zone doesn’t quite cover it. Another safety feature of the hob is automatic shutdown. The higher the temperature the quicker the appliance will power off (see manual for more details).

HANDY TIMER ✅

As a Minute Minder, in this case the timer will not turn any cooking zone off following the allotted time. Or as an Individual Zone timer – set durations to turn one or more of the cooking zones off, allowing extra time for other tasks.

HEAT BOOST FUNCTION ✅

Touching the boost control button ‘B’ , which can be used on any of the 4 cooking zones, will increase the heat to maximum. This function will return to the original heat setting after 5 minutes, unless manually turned off.

EASY TO USE TOUCH CONTROLS ✅

No need to apply pressure, simply use the ball of the finger. The absence of buttons, makes wiping clean very straight forward.
